Staff Development & CPD
As IFG grows and expands, we want our staff to grow with us. We therefore offer them as many opportunities as possible to take part in courses, webinars, and other activities which can enhance their skills and experience.
In addition to recommending suitable career development opportunities, we also encourage them to look for suitable courses and seminars that they would like to attend. Teachers who attend courses or events are encouraged to share their experience with other IFG teaching staff during regular teaching development sessions at the college.
